For every registration over $25, you will receive a Pedal for Prevention tshirt to wear during your activity and a swag bag. There is room for up to 4 entries (don’t forget to include shirt sizes!). If you need to register more than 4 people you can call Laura at 970.683.7247 for assistance.
I understand that by registering and participating in this event that I hereby grant Mind Springs, Inc. permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Mind Springs, Inc. and will not be returned.
I also authorize Mind Springs, Inc. to edit and distribute my likeness photos for any lawful purpose. Additionally, I waive any right that I have to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
